1. What are your favorite foods from other countries? Where are they from?
One of my favorite international dishes is sushi, which comes from Japan. I love the fresh taste of the fish and how beautifully it’s prepared. Another favorite is pizza from Italy — it’s simple but delicious, especially with fresh ingredients and a crispy crust.

2. What are some traditional foods in your country?
In my country, some popular traditional dishes include pho and banh mi. Pho is a flavorful noodle soup made with beef or chicken, herbs, and rice noodles. Banh mi is a Vietnamese sandwich that combines French bread with local ingredients like pickled vegetables, meat, and chili sauce.

3. Do you know any untrue stories about food that people believe? If so, what is the truth?
Yes, one common my th is that eating carrots will dramatically improve your eyesight. While carrots do contain vitamin A, which is good for eye health, they won’t give you super vision. This story actually became popular during World War II to cover up military technology advances in night vision.

Yes, some people believe that eating a lot of spicy food can cause stomach ulcers. But this is not true. Doctors say that most ulcers are caused by bacteria or stress, not by spicy food. Spicy food might make the pain worse, but it doesn’t cause the problem.

No, I don’t really know any untrue stories about food. I usually just enjoy eating food and don’t focus much on what people say about it. Maybe there are some food myths around, but I haven’t paid attention to them. Most of the time, I believe what I see or learn from trusted sources like doctors or health websites. So if I hear something strange about food, I try to check if it’s true or not. But honestly, I can’t think of any food story that I know is not true.
